Ok, I will try this out. But why don't have a fresh start? In my shop there is an huge error report with a lot of issues which came from doing some workarounds and patchworking to get the shop back online... Another idea may be do a fresh start from the scratch, manually add all actual items and let every customer reregister...?

HI there. Thanks for your reply. Fortunately I had a full backup of the shop so I could do a rollback. Now it is v6.1.1 again and working. I know that it is recommended to update, but at the moment we need the shop so it's no time to try... I will test your suggestions asap. Cheers, Vert

Hi Everybody. I started the update from 6.1.1 to 6.1.4 manually. When starting, it says upgrading from v3 to v4 although v6 was already installed and running, And there it is stuck by 80% for about one hour now... What can I do???? Cheers, Vert

Hello Everybody, I hope all of you has/had a nice Christmas time. I am running a shop on www.blazebayley.net/webshop and just getting an error message, which says "internal server error" and at the bottom something about an error 500. I am not able to access the admin panel either. As I have not much skills in understanding php and also the error log, I attached it here. Hopefully someone is able to help me out. Hi There, just to let you know that the problem with the blank page is solved now. The hoster fixed the issue with file permissions and now with them set correctly the shop is working again. Thanks to all for help...

I looked into the folder, all the other files have permissions 644. But I am not able to change permissons of that one file, no matter which program I tried. Even the filemanager in the hoster's admin panel won't work... Might it be useful to force an upgrade of the forum software?

Just checked the folder, the cubecart.class.php is already there. What permissions do it need then? CHMOD says 0... And how could the permissions be setted correctly?

Yes the Keyring is the problem. attached is an error log from the webshop I found on the server. It says something about "out of memory". Maybe this could help? I also made a database backup before updating to v6.0.6. This backup is about 134mb, the one before just has about 10mb...

Hi There, This is Marco from Germany, so excuse my English... ;-) I took over the cubecart webshop of Blaze Bayley (www.blazebayley.net) and now have an issue which I cannot solve so far. There was a new item added, and it is also shown in the shop. But when you try to open the item in the shop you'll get a blank page. All other items still work. Furthermore you cannot open the products page in the admin panel. There always be a blank page too. This happened a few days ago, no changes were done in the past few weeks. I updated the shop to v6.0.6 today and hope it may help, but it don't work out though. As I am not very skilled in this, can anyone please help me out? Thanks in advance, Marco
