  1. Hoping someone can assist me. One of my cubecart sites went down (blank white screen). I believe it happened within the last 24 hours. The error log says:

public_html/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_template.php:219 - Unable to load template file 'templates/content.product.php'

I haven't made any recent changes to the template or this website since I upgraded a few weeks ago. I then went into 'store settings' figuring I could temporarily change the template so the site would come back but none of the templates are showing. I get  an empty drop down box. When I checked my file manager, the skins are showing.

    website is https://www.clergy-apparel.com

Hello. I saw on other post that you purchased the Clean Skin but your site does not seem to be using it.

Did you end up NOT using it because of some issues?

    Thanks.

Hi, sorry just saw this post. I did use the clean skin on my other site: https://www.firstcommunions.com I like it because its responsive and it allows the products to be displayed as grid rather than list. Yes I do recommend it.

    Thank you

  3. Cubecart Version: 6.0.7

I am using SSL with the following specification:

TLS 1.2 which is the same as what Paypal is using.

    ECDHE-RSA

When logged on without SSL, I have a message on the credit card information shows "VIEW UNDER SSL"

When logged on with SSL, The credit card does not show anything

I could only suspect the SSL does not meet the requirement. Can someone advise. Thank you.

  4. In comparing the Card Capture module code between CC507 and CC515, the only real difference I see involves American Express.

For this module, do you accept American Express, and then do you require the CVV2 code?

Of the missing transactions in the log, can you determine which of those may have used Amex?

Back to your saying that none of the twenty orders have the Transaction Logs tab. Please know that only those orders that have moved past Pending status will have anything put in the transaction logs.

Can you verify that some of the "missing" orders in the transaction logs are in the Processing or later statuses?

In the meantime, if you are able, open the file modulesgatewayCard_Capturegateway.class.php for editing (using a programmer's text editor) and in line 369, change "AMERICAN EXPRESS" to "Amex".

Success$563.13Card CaptureYesterday, 19:56Card Details captured ready for processing offline. This is the mesage I have but I could not view the card details even under SSL. Where do I look?

I am using the latest cubecart version

Yes, there should be a tab for the credit card details. Please check these two things:

View the Transactions tab for this order. Be sure there is the phrase "Card Details captured ready for processing offline." listed.

Then, if you can, use a utility like phpMyAdmin and view the CubeCart_order_summary table. Find that cart order number and be sure there is something in the 'offline_capture' field.

If those two things are good, then we need to start looking elsewhere.

Hello Bsmither, I have done this instruction...the information on the offline_capture says something like "BLOB-256B". I have the same issue. I could not see the credit card information for processing. Please help. Thanks.

  5. Could you try again....I changed the PW to password

    "Enable Debugging" where?

In CubeCart? (Store Settings, Advanced tab) The debugging output would not cause IE to misbehave. ---Well, I cannot actually say that. I'll have to test. But if IE does not behave because of where the DEBUG output gets added to the page being sent back, then [very large number of four-letter words describing IE].

Yes ..Enable Debugging on the store setting section of cubecart.  After I turned it OFF, all the issues seem to have disappeared...
