  1. Everything is restored and working again. thanks mate, yet to get that detail, it's the weekend here in Oz. The business owner I help out has been happy with the hosting company and this is their first slip up in a few years and they were onto it pretty quick, just not quick enough for it to go unnoticed!
  2. Thanks guys, I took the advice and changed it to "file" which got the site up and running again. I then subsequently found out that the hosting provider did something with the PHP settings which took out 500 of their sites!!
  3. The site was setup prior to me joining and assisting the company so I'm not sure what the setting was (if it has changed) The global.inc.php has 'memcache' as the cache setting.
  4. Hi Guys, Something on our website changed over night and now we're getting the following error both with our cubcart store and the admin site: Fatal error: Class 'Memcache' not found in ....../public_html/classes/cache/memcache.class.php on line 33 any ideas on where to start looking?
  5. For anyone reading this...I found the issue on my installation. After following the above advice and various other tips, going through logs and finding absolutely no errors anywhere in debug, logs etc... I decided to start disabling plugins and looking at customisation stuff that we've applied.... I found the problem, a plugin called MagicZoomPlus. When I disabled it, everything worked fine!
  6. thanks mate, this is on a test server that's not connected online. I'm not game to run the upgrade on the production site I'm looking after, can't afford to have the store offline. I think the guy that I assist does have a support plan with you. I'll talk to him, maybe we might be able to get you to do the upgrade for us. I'm just going to revert my test server to a previous version.
  7. found that before posting, tried all 3 of those options, couldn't find anything that would indicate a problem
  8. I just did an upgrade from V6.0.8 - V6.0.9. Luckily it's a test site and not the production environment. My admin site works fine but when i go to the storefront, all i get is a blank page I've looked through the admin interface error logs, and there's nothing apart from the reported issues with lots of logs being written (i have lots of undefined variable warnings) I've looked in apache logs etc and no errors there. Also turned on debug and nothing to report Anyone know what's going on?
  9. Thanks bsmither, I didn't set up the cubecart site I'm now looking after. The plugin is called "EwayRapid" and we are using it in AU. There are no requests logged in admin. Having a dig around, I suspect it's not the one that came with CubeCart.
  10. I'm having issues with the wrong URLs being populated in the order confirmation and payment confirmation emails. I'm using the eWay plugin for purchases. The email confirmation template has the following: Your order {$DATA.cart_order_id} has been received which was placed on {$DATA.order_date}. Please keep this email for your records. It is possible to view the status of your order online. {$DATA.link} In the emails being sent to customers, the {$DATA.link} is being populated as follows: https://www.website.com/modules/gateway/EwayRapid/index.php?_a=vieworder&cart_order_id=999999-999999-999but it should be: https://www.website.com/index.php?_a=vieworder&cart_order_id=999999-999999-999 The "modules/gateway/EwayRapid" is being inserted into other URLs in the emails (eg store url, store logo url etc). Has anyone got any thoughts/suggestion on how to fix this?
