May I ask how the clone product works and would it be suitable for what i require?
i have some used items/products that we sell new ( we don't normally sell used products ), but to save me time, can i just use the clone product option and change the title a bit and new to used?

ok sorted it, as you suggested a simple clean cache was all that was required.

Is there any way to add the above code to header of each page within the store?
Not sure if this is the problem but advert works on index page but not on products pages so I assume I need to add the code to all header tags or any advise greatly received

</script>it's to get a authorised AdSense account, i assume it can stay in there after a decision has been made if the site complies with there rules etc.

No one can tell me where the head tags are to put this script in?
If I press source in document (index page) I don't see the head tags. So I assume I would need to edit something to put this Google script in the foundation skin folder

i see now why the backup has grown, i host all my ebay picures pdf files etc etc and it backed up all the complete public_html excluding the cubecart backup folder, before i used to have a landing page and cubecart in a folder not the root.

thanks for your fast reply Keat, i was planning on upgrading earlier this morning but will do it later tonight when site has less traffic now, but noticed this problem this morning, i will use cpanel as you described, so is this normal when a site reaches a certain size that it times out using the built in back up feature?
looking back in April this year site was only 420mb and i don't recall adding many more photos etc. but its doubled in size, in fact I've removed a couple of items/pages very odd i will try take a look whats going on i think and put off the upgrade for now

The back up files process is taking so much time to finish and respond it ends up giving a gateway error or internal error, The last one i did was around 900mb what could be causing this issue?
i wanted to do a back up on 6.1.7 so i could upgrade to 6.1.8 just in case i have upgrade issues.

i am far from an expert DarwinUK but i would recommend you update to v1.0.7 first see if that fixes your problem. i can only assume you have something incorrectly configure within the plugin itself. should be no need to edit the script i never have and don't have this issue.

Keep getting Security Alert: Possible Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) or browser back button used.when trying to delete a pending order. No other browsers open. a customer had completed 1 as a guest and left one pending as a registered customer, save any confusion i am trying to delete the no completed order.
Any ideas? ive tried it on different browsers same result, only had that 1 csrf issue when i first upgraded to 6.1.7 been fine since.

that would sound about right Keat, i thought that may be the case was just wishful thinking.
now to figure out how to extract them from database backup or if quicker just to edit new ones probably the latter.

is it possible to pull my email templates from a back up?
i removed my email templates and replaced with stock ones while attempting to sort out the admin email issue before i realised it was the IPN PayPal processing issue.
i had saved them in note pad++ but seems i saved them as a txt and lost the links etc in the html.

Under store setting features Bot Protection but there is an issue with it currently.
i updated my test store last night to 6.1.7 and i notice this is not in the drop down menu so it may have been removed, i am no expert but this is where it should be.

never seen this before, I've not touched the store in a while its been running sweet, certainly not touched the htaccess for over 12 months now, but I've never seen this in google webmasters before today. any ideas?
