I have put the same URL path that is on the desktop computer into the laptop even after clearing history and cache and it still defaults to the store front rather than admin login panel?

I have upgraded to v6.1.1 with the new security line in the url it work fine on the computer I did the upgrade on but when I try on my laptop it redirects to store front and not the admin panel?
