    Create Error Log

Sounds like you should consider paying for CC Support for a month.

Made an error log like the steps shown and 2 things happed error log got bigger and 2nd it broke the site

(Apache Server at www.emanoncards.com.au Port 443 ) is the message now showing when you go to the site. Admin still works.
Looks like i may have to get the Support for a month.
Before i had 2 strokes a few yrs back i had no problem with getting around the site now i am much better (than i was ) getting back to listing over 100000 trading cards.
This brick wall keeps biting back..

So what version are you on? Have you created the error_log?

The Version is 6.1.8  there is no error log in maintenance to do with the category's the only log is to do with ( CubeCart_GWorks_Advanced_Shipping ) and while looking i did notice that in the store info it shows ( Categories 57 ) should be around 21 as i deleted a lot trying to fix my site when it got hacked a little while ago when i was not well...

I think the 'SEO Path' message is irrelevent to your issue.

For starters, take a look in PHP MyAdmin, and see if you can locate the category.

    Take a note of it's category_id and cat_parent_id

the root category, will be cat_parent_id = 0

The main problem i see is i make the category and save it but it is not showing..

I went into php myadmin and removed the ones i am having the problem with But when i save the file it shows they are removed but when i go back and remake the category i still get the message.

( The SEO path specified is already in use with another item. A unique one has been specified for you. Please check and amend if necessary. )

and in myadmin it shows the new category's but not in the shop when i view in the shops admin..

  4. Hi after spending umpteen hours scanning images to upload to a category when i imported the first list and reloaded the page that category was not showing.

The SEO path specified is already in use with another item. A unique one has been specified for you. Please check and amend if necessary.

But the category is not showing.

as i would like to add a number of subcategorys.

PHP 5.4 is very old, you should consider updating it to at least PHP 5.6.

However, try the attached file. it's a version of the module encoded for earier releases of IonCube. simply replace the existing module directory with the one inside the ZIP file. If it doesn't work you can rename/delete the module. Let me know the outcome. There are other versions I can provide if this one doesn't do the trick

    1.0.1-LEGACY_google_merchant_bulk_category_assign.zip

I add the file and it looks like it worked thank you....

    Good Morning,

@Al Brookbanks is correct. The most common reason for this issue is that your web server does not have IonCube loaders installed, or the version of IonCube loaders installed is old and not compatible with the current versions of IonCube.

Firstly, to gain access to your store admin area. Use FTP to connect to your server, navigate to the /modules/plugins/ directory and rename or delete the folder called google_merchant_bulk_category_assign. This prevents the module from being called and means you can use the store as normal.

Next, click on "PHP Info" from the admin menu and let me know what version of PHP you have installed. It's possible you have installed the PHP 5.5 version of the module and are using PHP 5.6 or vice versa. I make two downloads of each module available based on the PHP version you are using (5.5 and lower or 5.6 and above).

Next, search using your browser within the php info page (CTRL + F) for the word "ioncube". If you find any matches, ionCube is installed but likely outdated. Find the section where it provides the version number of ionCube and let me know what it is. I can send you a version of the module which will work with your server settings. If IonCube is missing it will need to be installed.

Ok the PHP is (PHP Version 5.4.45 ) and the only listing showing ioncube ( This program makes use of the Zend Scripting Language Engine:
Zend Engine v2.4.0, Copyright (c) 1998-2014 Zend Technologies
with the ionCube PHP Loader (enabled) + Intrusion Protection from ioncube24.com (unconfigured) v6.0.5, Copyright (c) 2002-2016, by ionCube Ltd.
with Zend Guard Loader v3.3, Copyright (c) 1998-2013, by Zend Technologies)

Renamed the google dir can see the admin now thank you..

  7. The problem is i am unable to even login i now get this message in all 3 browsers i tryed (The owner of www.emanoncards.com.au has configured their website improperly) i tryed to change how my browser looks at ssl as well no luck. i did the upgrade to 6.7 took the shop of line to do some work then loged out from that time the problem started i even went as far changing mysql for the login.. I even reinstall firefox and crome and started from scratch with the 2 browsers to see if that was the problem. I sent a message to my hosting site to look into this error (Error code: SSL_ERROR_BAD_CERT_DOMAIN) but every thing was fine until the last update..

  8. After i did the latest update i now can not access my site i get this message (Security Alert: Possible Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) or browser back button used.) and unable to access admin. This message only came up after i did the update and lodged out of admin and returned back to admin..

    Any ideas ?
