i am using karuto and it happened. i changed to foundation but i got the same thing. my authorize.net, manual credit card, postal order form, dont work. i have tried to manualy upgrade the extentions but its not working. i only get this when going through checkout. Many thanks for your order! The order status is currently pending but it will automatically update to processing once payment is confirmed. Normally this is automated and will happen within the hour but please do contact us if you require more information. i think there is something wrong with the update. the only thing i can do is have my hosting company revert me back to 6.4.5.

i just updated from 6.4.5 to the new update 6.4.6 and my checkout options arent showing at checkout. they still show in manage extensions as on. any ideas on what it could be?

it was the number of sale items to display. it was set a 0 but everything else was set as per product.

i am using the newest update 6.4.5 and my pics stop loading when i got to add an item in the admin area. so i cannot switch pics if i need to and when i add a pic it times out and then i have to go to another part of the site like cutomers or products. then when i go back to the product i was adding it accepts the pic sometimes. i turned on my debugging and found this string for 5951 errors. any idea what it is? so do I need to go back to the php 5.4?

I used core ftp lite to do the upgrade and I did it folder by folder and uploaded all then I did the setup page. I wonder if the core ftp didn't do it correctly? I updated to the php 7.1 today and that's also when it happened.

oh yes I forgot to tell you I updated to php 7.1 and try it. wow, look what I found when I looked up percent-placeholders from date/time down there is 30 in all the spaces all the way down.

no I have cleared the cache and nothing happened. yes on the order shipping change, that's been that way for a few years though. how do I fix it?

that is from the dashboard/orders section. it is now showing the date in the orders section but not on the invoice summary. I'm getting this in the error log I found it and it says todays date in the ship/date column under order/date it has 1520806595

yes I am looking in phpmyadmin but I don't see a place for time and date.

those are from past orders. for some reason all past orders in the database changed to 30. I erased my database of customer names by accident in myphp admin. the new orders for today still show 30 in the dispatch date on the summary invoice. what program can I use to see the MySQL database?

the gateway authorize is because I use authorize.net. and But you are also saying '30' is being displayed for dates other than Dispatch Date? Such as the Date/Time column of the Sales Reports table? --- the answer is yes I used to be able to use MySQL and look in it but I don't have those options anymore for some reason.

ok, the orders are coming in. its definitely the recaptcha doing it. you might look into it.

so before I got to reverting back to version 6.1.13 I turned off the recaptcha and an order came through. I think this may be the cause. but the customer cannot see what time or day he ordered the item in the item summary page.

I have a customer that couldn't get through because of The script that verifies I’m “human” was not available. this may be the problem. I am turning off recapta. but I am encountering many problems with this update so I am using my back up and going back to the earlier version. hopefully the newer update will have fixed itself.

I have been doing good for the past few years online until I updated to the latest version of cubecart 6.1.14. Once I updated I noticed my flow of customers stopped. Is there something that was put in the script to cut off all traffic from the site?

its all enabled. I don't understand why it would work through a new user piggy backing the old user. I don't have the overload with the new user and its still going to the same database. is there a string that needs to be changed in the MySQL so it reads it? it was working fine the other day until MySQL timed out on their server. at first they rebooted their server and it went back to normal. a few hours later it did it again and she said the php was at 5.2 and she upgraded to 5.4 and gave me a different user name. it should be able to go back to normal I would think. it says php 5.4 is default but they do have 5.6 stable and a 7.1 edge. would upgrading the php higher make a difference in how it handle the info?

ok, here is what I found. the hosting company setup another admin because the ccrt1 wouldn't work in MySQL anymore. it was overloading it so they made a ccr admin to reroute around ccrt1. it is working now but the hosting company ask that I get with you to find out why this is because its overloading their servers so they made a new name for a quick fix. below is a quick look at it. I will delete it after I get a reply.
