I have some items which are very small and would be less expensive to ship via USPS while others are larger and would be less expensive to ship via UPS ~ is there a way that I can set the shipping method instead of giving that control to my customer?

I have a somewhat similar question how do I remove the mailing list from my store front ~ I had it off once but upon updating it came back and I can't find where I made the change before. Any and all help is MUCH appreciated

Is there a way to add a "continue shopping" button? I am using CC Version 5.1.4 with the Mican skin. http://www.audiohistories.com/Cart/index.php I am offering some seminars and after my client chooses and reviews his shopping care there is no way to "continue shopping" other than pushing the back arrow on the browser. We should have a continue shopping button sh the client can add more items to his cart. Thanx in advance for any and all help.

Thanx I am sorry I left that vital information out :-( I am working with a clean instal version 5.1.1 ~ I have just upgraded to 5.1.4 and will play with it to see if it is woprking or not

My question is why doesn't the system send my order complete email out when I upgrade the order to complete> the other emails appear to be sent properly but the order complete does not work :-(

I have been changeing it in my cpanel and it still won't stick

I get the following error WARNING: Your includes/global.inc.php is currently writable, you should change the file permissions to read only. On Linux or Unix systems it should be CHMOD to 0444. I have checked and I have set that file to 0444 but the error keeps showing up any ideas as to what I need to do? this is happening on 2 stores Thanx in advance for your response T

I thought I had my cart working but I get the following error. the error shows up at teh last step of the checkout MySQL Error Occured 1146: Table 'justwhimz_com_-_cart.shoppingCartCubeCart_order_inv' doesn't exist Any ideas?? I have successfully (I think) set up a fresh install of 3.0.4 of the shopping cart. I have an account with PayPal set up and that part seems to be working seamlessly (I have received seveal orders) but I am not able to set up any of th shipping mods to apply shipping. I have disabled the free shipping and tried to set up all the other modules but each time the shopping cart shows an n/a for shipping??? I am really stumped.
