is it possible to have the drop down product option menus arranged alphabetically - e.g

after someone places an order the site automatically send them an email saying they can track the order... is there a way to disable this?

is there a way to remove the 'buy' button from the catagory menu - as my products have options to select before purchase so this isnt really applicable

the form i am using with the secure hosting module does not accept cards that start from 2008 - the drop doen menu only goes to 2007. is there an updated form anywhere?

is there a way to change the product options/attribute values on mass - i.e knock 20% off all prices? if u set the store to sale mode this only seems to affect the product price itself, not the attributes..

when someone places an order on my site it send them a confirmation email with a link to track the status of the order - this link does not work / is not relevant! can anyone tell me how to remove this setting?

Hi! thereDepending on what template you are using it would be under something like .li-nav a:hover, it's because the cats use a different class.

hello, i have changed the hover text for the links for 'homepage' and 'sale items' but i cant seem to change the hover over text for the list of catagories?am i missing something?

There is at least 1 commercial mod for adding google checkout to v3 and there is also a hack to add it to your product pages at cubecartforums.org. I use the later and it works perfectly.
hey misty can you point me towards the hack you mentioned?
the mod is a bit pricey to buy for each domain!!

sorted now, the mail setting changed to smpt instead of mail.
however now i am trying to upgrade another store and the files dont work

hello, try as i might i cannot upgrade to 3.0.18 from 3.0.17, have tried on a fresh install, with the files from the upgrade and again with the 'changed only' files but when i log back in again it still says its version 3.0.17 - am i missing something out here?

hello, i have recently updated my cubecart to v3.0.18 and all seems to have gone well except it no longer sends me a confirmation email when an order is placed - any ideas why this is?

Its all good, have sorted the problem myself, all displays as it should now - was simply the title of the index.tpl in the skin, was set to 'Naughty Corsets' insetad of '{meta title}

Obtain a standard CC package from the download area of this site if you don't have one already.
Open the file /index.php within that package in a text editor and locate the section that starts with:
// START META DATA
Bring your store's copy of that file to your computer (FTP probably) and open it in a text editor.
Copy the section from the stock file to replace the section in your store's file. Then put your store's file back on the server.
But that does not address any impact that the above will have on your skin. If your skin template has been hard-coded with custom information, having removed the template placeholders for the store's configuration data, then none of the above will make any difference.
Again, you may have to contact your skin designer.
i have tried that but it does not work and i can not get hold of the skin designer. is there anywhere else it might be modified that i can look at? im at a bit of a loss so any help would be appreciated.

Somewhere along the way, the code got changed. I see that the Devellion Copyright notice is being displayed at the bottom - which means that probably you have not bought/installed a CubeCart license. Without a license, there must also be a (Powered by CubeCart) phrase included in the top bar header. You will need to contact your skin designer and have that person rectify that issue immediately.
You should double check your admin page, general settings. The "Browser Title" is what we are interested here, while "Store Name" is used elsewhere.
no, the browser title is not being displayed - its stays as 'Naughty Corsets'
can you tell me how to re-add the (powered by cubecart)?

here is an exampe of one of the products if that helps?
it also does not pull in the site title, it seems to be set as 'naughty corsets', whereas the shop title is 'naughty corsets - sexy designer corsets'
does anyone know why this could be?
