Well it doesn't look like your host offers dedicated SSL, and for shared I notice this below.
Tip: Our Linux SSL servers are currently running PHP4.2.
PHP4.2 is no good for CC4 so I would contact them to clarify all this and if it is the case then change host to one that is fully compatable with CubeCart version 4. Recommendation can't be discussed here due to the rules so you may want to to ask or search here. http://www.cubecartforums.org/index.php?

That other adress looks like shared SSL, is that correct? I would save yourself a lot of hassle and buy a dedicated certificate and IP address.

Yes thats correct but be carefull about copy and paste from word or other as it might include the formatting, type it in if possible.
Re two boxes, the top box shows original text and the bottom will show your modified text.

I never say yes without checking first, it gets you in a pickle. There is no customer ID listed in Admin, it is in the MySQL database itself. Can I ask why its needed?

Check that user 'babousho'@'localhost' has full MySQL database permissions through phpmyadmin.

Its a permission problem for user 'vdsoft_test'@'localhost' in the MySQL database. Check that this user has full permissions through phpmyadmin.
The error message I get shows a different database user that the one you posted above, if you are making changes to users, make sure they have full permissions.
Error Message:
1142: SELECT command denied to user 'vdsoft_test'@'localhost' for table 'CubeCart_currencies'

There is no way to do it using cubecart without some sort of mod, people are not keen on attachments on newsletters, isn't it better just to provide a link so they can download it?

1. Have you definitely selected the correct terms and conditions page in Admin - Site docs, does it work if you disable SSL?
2. I can't help you with code needed to put new boxes in and if no one answers here I would contact one of the modders at the .org forum directly and ask them to make the mod for you, I am sure someone will help.
As far as I know its not possible for PayPal to collect the customers phone number for you through Express checkout.

Check compatibility with the Google Chrome browser, I know its not used anywhere near as much as Firefox or IE but its not rendering correctly at all for me using chrome

I quiet like the colour, how did you round of the corners of the boxes, are they images? It would look better if you could do that all over and not just the boxes.
