confirmation mail

I believe that this is correct. That is how the system works.

You should get an email to say that a customer has placed an order.

And then an email is only sent to your customer once you change the status of the order.

Hope that helps.

The system doesn't appear to send out an "order has been received" email. But it does send out an invoice after you have received the money and updated the order.

You need to change the order status to Processing, and immediately after you have done this you can click on the link at the top, where it says:

"The status of this order has been changed successfully. At this stage you can send your customer an email invoice and access to download digital products. To do this Click Here"

This is my understanding, anyway. Not ideal, but it seems to work.

I am not getting any e-mail when a customer has signed in for an account or even placed an order.

Can someone tell me what I did wrong, or what I have to set different to receive them?

Kind regards,

Boozer

In the 2.x.x version it was standard, would love to have this option available in the 3.x.x versions.

was the print order form also availeble in the 2.xx versions?

if so i think i use that version

Yes, that was available in the 2.x.x version. I still use that version, because the new 3.x.x. version does not satisfy me yet for that part.

I would like a confirmationmail sent to the customer when they placed the order and at the same moment the order sent to me as shopowner.

Greetings,

Marcel
