Hi,

WHen I was using my site and trying to process credit cards the screen said Test Mode. I thought it was Authorize.nets problems since I am in Live mode. They sent me this response......

There are 3 ways to be in Test Mode with the Authorize.net system:

1. You have test mode turned on in the settings of your Authorize.net merchant interface

2. You are passing x_test_request=true in the code of your Web site/shopping cart

3. You are posting to our test server: https://certification.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

If you would like to be in Live Mode you need to:

1. Go to SETTINGS AND PROFILE in your Authorize.net account, scroll down to the General section and click on Test Mode text link. Click button to turn test mode off

2. If you are passing x_test_request=true in your code, change to x_test_request=false

3. Make sure you are posting to https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

I checked and I am posting my transaction to this URL

https://certification.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

How do I change it to this URL ? https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

Thank You,

Becky

this glitch has cost me a whole day of frustration time and anger

I did all my tests for authorize.net under test mode then switch authnet to live mode and switched stores admin gateway authorize to no on testing and found out that THIS DOES NOT TAKE YOU TO LIVE MODE and Im using CC3.0.2

Whose idea was it to put the WRONG flipping url for the authorize transaction DLL?

this has cost me 8 hours @ $50 an hour and my client several orders

this is just plain stupid amateurish mistakes on the part of the CubeCart Dev Team Cmon Brooky get your act together!!!

guess I should have seriously waited to buy a license for CC3

my license is money down the tubes

My CLient and Myself Are very very upset
