Guest SCC-Solutions
Hello, I have recently installed v3.0.2, and when I come to add some products they add to the cart fine. When you go to checkout they disappear and only the shipping costs are calculated. I apologise if this particular problem is already listed somewhere else in this forum, but I couldnt find it. Has anyone experienced this before and if so how do we rectify it? Thanks in advanced Aaron

kinetic
what version of CubeCart are you running? it had better be 3.0.2.... and being a bit more descriptive of the problem and including the URL of your site would help us help you as well. Guest SCC-Solutions
LOL Well not being too technically minded regarding PHP or MySql so what I have tried is pretty limited I have however not used the test product that was on there and used my one test product. Made sure that the quantity of 10 was there, etc etc etc.. It just appears as if the item was constantly out of stock. I am in the process of trying an uninstall and reinstall. But I must advise you all I did install this via Fantastico...... :on2long:
kinetic
dont do it thru fantisco get the download from the downloads section for version 3.0.2 and install it properly fantastico doesnt do a proper job can set up a blank database for it to install in cpanel > Mysql (if your host has fantastico you have cpanel)
