Guest alanjonjes1 Posted November 8, 2005 Share Posted November 8, 2005 Hey all, just found this software, & bought it right away, as a novice, I am doing ok, can anybody tell me, how do I upload the new skins to the directory, I use fantastico, do I need an ftp client?. they all come zipped & when I unzip them should I place them all in a new folder? roban Posted November 8, 2005 Share Posted November 8, 2005 You can do it through CPanel in the File Manager section but I think it's easier using FTP. Just upload your skin folder to the Skins directory and it should appear as an option in your admin cpl/General Settings Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
markscarts Posted November 8, 2005 Share Posted November 8, 2005 You should get an FTP prog for sure. As to uploading a skin, unzip it first. The skin should be in folder with SkinName, and just inside should be 3 folders: styleImages, styleSheets, styleTemplates. You should upload the folder with skin name, that contains all those files, to your store. place it into store_directory/skins/ Already in /skins are folders Classic, Killer, Legend.
