hi there, how do i add a banner or logo to my 3.4 CC page?

to add a logo

create logo and save as topHeader.gif

then using ftp client go to

skins/(skin you chose)/styleimages/backgrounds

and upload the file to there it will overwrite the existing one confirm this and voila new logo.

sorry dunno bout banner dont like them so never put one on.

FTP = File Transfer Protocol

What you do is,

1. Get an FTP program such as ws_ftp or other free program, download it to your computer.

2. Contact your web host and get information for your ftp access. You'll need:

• URL, usually something like ftp://ftp.your_site.com/
  
• Account name
  
• ftp password
  

3. Put all this information in your ftp program, and connect to your site. Follow instructions per help sections of your FTP program. You will be able to upload and download files to your site with this program

Really, this is about all the info I can give you. This is after all a cubecart site, and detailed instructions about using ftp programs are beyond the scope of this forum.
