Guest aikdo
do a test order enable print order form then go through the cart change the status in admin to possing and then you should recive the download link via e-mail... alternatively you can get sir-williams free download mod and test it that way... markscarts
I prefer to test by setting price to $0.01 and make the purchase. Allows me to test gateway, customer and admin eamils and download links simultaneously, cheaply and in a live purchase environment. IMO, it's a penny well spent Go here for a short guide, "Adding Downloadable Digital Products" for CC3 http://cc3.biz/index.php?act=viewDoc&docId=
Guest groovejuice
As a side note, I'd suggest searching the forums for posts on download paths. You have your download folder in your public (html) directory, which anyone can access. I believe Markscarts has a great tutorial on the topic. markscarts
If you edited your homepage, you probably had to set permissions to 777; you should set them back afterward. Set images/uploads to 777 and set images/uploads/thumbs to 777 and set pear/tmp to 777 that is all. This has nothing whatsoever to do with download links ;)
