Guest flightoffancy Posted February 2, 2006 Share Posted February 2, 2006 I just received an email from a customer using Netscape as her browser with an attached screenshot of my store showing that the account sidebox displays but the box itself is empty. URL is http://fragrance-fantasy.com I'm not sure if this is a template or installation problem so figured I'd try here first and would be really appreciate any help you can give. markscarts Posted February 2, 2006 Share Posted February 2, 2006 In Mozilla, the shopping cart box is gone, and the login box is an empty shell. My assumption would be that the problem is caused by your skin. Did you make it yourself, or did you purchase it somewhere? If the latter, I would suggest you contact the skin creator. Also, you should take this up at cubecart.org, as it is not a problem due to core software. Good luck with this; feel free to contact me if you find nothing but dead ends, I and others at cubecart.org can troubleshoot this for you if the creator of the skin is not available.
