Guest walmarc Posted April 15, 2006 Share Posted April 15, 2006 Hi all, Thanks heaps for all the help I've received along the way to learning CubeCart - I'm now truly committed to this great product and have just purchased my second copyright removal licence. I'm in the process of setting up a store that will solely sell products (specialised food plates etc) that will aid the blind, infirm and visually impaired. I believe it would be appropriate to have two optional skins: 1. with a normal font and pictures and 2. with a large, easy to read font and perhaps larger pictures. If anyone knows of a way to achieve 2 optional looks using the one store, that would be great. I'd thought I'd just do a fresh installation and re-skin in a separate directory for the visually impaired, but the whole duplication thing leads me to think there may be someone smart enough to do it a better way. Then you just need to create the second skin and upload it to skins folder so you have the two skins in there. voila a two skin store OK - Bought the Mod - I think I've installed it correctly & have created a skin called "Large Font" (Based on Killer) which still needs lots of tweaking to look right. Just can't seem to get the skin change to work. Appreciate help from markscarts or convict if available. Later WHOOPS! - must have missed something! re-edited switch.php and now it works great! Can anyone please help with: 1. The flaws in the Large_Font (Killer) skin and/or 2. Is it possible to have two sets of homepage content that switches to a larger font when a skin switch is made? I've noticed the other sitedocs change in font but not the homepage. I would really appreciate some help because it is way beyond my capabilities.
