Guest Redsea
I am stuck at the moment as I will be using Australia Post for National and International shipping. As most would know that they limit to 20 kg's. I have just started setting up things using CubeCart, and used to use Zen Cart. The Australia Post module for that use to break the shipping into 20 kg's units. My problem is that we ship items from 0.4kg, up to 66kg's. How can I make shipping allowed for the weights over 20kg? Thanks for your help, I thought all these types of problems were a thing of the past as configuration to get the shop working was dead easy compared to Zen Cart!
Guest SwishEmporium
Wouldn't it be cheaper if it was anything over 10kg to use a courier service like fastway etc than australia post, that way you could use "shipping by weight module"

I haven't come across one or for any australian couriers for that matter. I'm new to CC and so far Im loving it, the templating I found was much easier than OSC, I was able to tie my store layout in with my exisiting design alot easier etc.... I look forward to a reply.... Guest SwishEmporium
I am not sure about a fastway module actually, but I use Australia post pre paid satchels and use the shipping by weight module. I only use the Aust Post module for international. I am sure if you knew the pricing of fastway you could incorporate that into the shipping by weight module, just set it up for the states. Jayphen
Two of my clients were having this issue recently. It turns out that it is caused when you put a space in before or after the 'from' postcode. It must be only numbers, no spaces at all.
