Guest Quotes
Are they required files? What do they do? Can I delete them? Will more be created?
Guest
I am also getting this... I think it must be some sort of output from a db command.. maybe it was used for debugging and never got switch off
Guest
I came here also to ask about these things and how to turn them off. I've got approximately 1500 of them right now! I'm afraid that they may be created per session and, if so, what's going to happen when I've actually got a bunch of people browsing my store? 15,000? Al Brookbanks
I have no idea what causes them. They are however completely safe to delete permanently. They are zero bytes in size so there is no danger of bloating the hosting account space quota.

Guest
I'm certain this is now fixed! there was an unneeded (and apparently unused) function call in the GD class' Save method that created the empty file using the object name the fix can be found on the bugtracker > http://bugs.cubecart.com/view.php?id=
