Z2Dave Posted February 16, 2008 Share Posted February 16, 2008 I cannot find an answer to this on forum so here goes:- Firstly I presume that the acknowledment customer email is only sent after payment has been made etc. but I want to send an automatic confirmatory email to customer when he elects to pay by post, i.e. after sending the postal order form, even though the order will not actually be processed (manually) until form and money arrives with me. Obviously the text of this email will reflect the situation and will emphasise that the order will only be eventually accepted subject to conditions like stock availability etc. and so no stock reduction will occur.
