Guest michael3012
Recently I found this great looking shop "add-on". And i figured that I'm gonna give it a try. I've completed the installation on my server and finally came to the final page of the installation process: "Congratulations! Your store has been installed successfully." But when trying to reach my store and the admin page, I'm getting an error. First I received an error complaining that I hadn't installed the Zend Optimizer. But browsing through this board, I realised that I had to change a line in the "global.inc.php" file $glob['encoder'] = 'ioncube'; Which had some kind of an effect. But now the problem seems to be, that "something" can't find the upped php loaders (downloaded from ioncube.com), eventhough I believe they are there. If anyone have a solution to my problem, please don't hesitate to help btw. my page is: http://www.allanp.dk/store/
Ausy
Perhaps you need to talk to your host, they may be able to help.
Guest michael3012
I'm sorry, but my host isn't that informative and helpfull. So I was hoping that you guys had some kind of solution to my problem. I've made a phpinfo(), just to make sure that I've used the correct php loader. You can browse my phpinfo right here: http://allanp.dk/phpinfo.php And I've used this php loader: "FreeBSD 6 (x86-64)" Downloaded from: http://www.ioncube.com/loaders.php And as you can see right here, I suppose the loaders should be in place: What might be the problem? And if I have to make contact to my host, what should I ask for ;)

Guest atlas100
so no one has a solution for this?? This is my problem too. Can't believe there isn't a solution in 3 months. After scanning the forums I am getting the impression that support is hard to come by. When I download the loaders from Ioncube for a Linux i86, I get a folder with 16 files in it. CC says upload the ONE file you need to your ioncube folder. How am I to know which ONE file of sixteen I need?
havenswift-hosting
if you are not getting anywhere with your host then they obvious dont value your business - I would suggest changing hosts to one that guarantees that tey support CubeCart and know what they are talking about. Best wishes Ian
Guest Brivtech
@ Ian: That almost sounds like a plug. There is a solution in the forums, which may help you, and you can find it here: http://forums.cubecart.com/index.php?showtopic=35181 - There's actually quite a few topics on this if you do a forum search for 'ioncube'. @ Atlas: Just upload all the files. They don't take up that much room in comparison to the amount of hosting space you'd probably have, and at least the correct one will be there. I have all the ioncube_loader_lin files from 4.1 through to 5.2 (Running Linux of course in my case).
