Guest
I uploaded it on another server and I get this. Fatal error: Call to undefined function filter_var() in /usr/local/www/vhosts/bulletproofshine.com/httpdocs/cart/ini.inc.php on line 243 I am using WSFTP, do I need to set it to binary upload instead of auto? What version of php are you running on your server - you need greater than 5.2.0 and this error is normally caused by running a version less than this. Guest Kamil Sarji
I get the same error message! I ran the cubecart compatibility and all the tests came back fine. PHP is 5.2.1, I'm using zend optimizer. If the compatibility test came back fine why the heck am I getting that error message? I unzipped the cubecart 4.3.3 zip file and uploaded it to the server. I initially uploaded using auto, then tried binary, but still same error. I have upgraded PHP from 4.x.x to 5.2.1. Could the mySQL database need to be reset since i've upgraded PHP? Any suggestions? Please. :(
Guest Kamil Sarji
I uploaded the backed up file ini.inc.php and I'm able to get to my main page. When I try to run setup again it thinks that it is upgrading CubeCart from version 4.1.1 to 4.1.1. I tried editing ini.inc.php and change 4.1.1 to 4.3.3, but that wouldn't work. I've also uploaded the new version of ini.inc.php via auto or binary and both don't work. I'm lost.
Robsta
The compatibility test says your server is not running the minimum requirement of PHP 5.1.0. http://www.bo-port.com/cart/compat-test.php The issue with bulletproofshine.com on the other hand, I think it's missing some files from the upload. Just a guess though. I get the same error message!Always best to start your own topic, as your issue may well be different to the topic starter (which it is)... you're essentially hijacking someone elses thread. Guest
http://www.bulletproofshine.com/cart/compat-test.php I am getting the Bo-port server updated. On BPS I have re downloaded the zip file and re uploaded it in binary. No change. I have used 3.x in the past with no issues. Any idea why 4.x is giving me issues?
