Guest ET240
I done a few search on the forum... but none seems to help... for example ask to remove .htaccess doesn't help for me http://www.domainname.com/shop Image shows if i add a subdomain to it http://shop.domainname.com/ Won't show product image... How can i solve this... anyone?
Robsta
When the images don't show, what is their path in the code? What release of v3 are you on? URLs would be useful. Obviously if you are moving the store between the paths, you need to change the paths in the global.inc.php file.

akira9000
Oh Thanks... I forget to change global.inc.php... thanks ^^ I have the same issue now - Where does the global.inc.php file live? Thanks
bsmither
Start where the files index.php, cart.php, download.php, and offline.php are located, then go into the includes folder.
akira9000
Start where the files index.php, cart.php, download.php, and offline.php are located, then go into the includes folder. OK, that was easy to find. I have changed $glob['storeURL'] = http://mydomain.com/shop to $glob['storeURL'] = http://shop.mydomain.com but the images still don't appear when the shop is live. Have I changed the wrong bit?
bsmither
The other two: $glob['rootDir'] <- probably don't have to change this one. $glob['rootRel'] = '/shop/'; <- change this to '/'
