Experience runn cubecart on local host PC

I have copied my entire shop and dumped the database.

On a local PC for cubecart 3 it works fine but for cubecart 4 I get the following errors when going to the shop

Hope to find somebody who has any clue ?

Having a quick look it seems like it can't find the config.php file at all.

I think it's an issue with your global.inc.php not pointing to look on your true path

$glob['rootDir'] = 'root/home/blahblahblah';

Just a guess.
