Cart is working fine, except that some orders are not listed in the admin panel. We get the emails when an order is placed, but when checked in admin panel, it is not listed. On checking further, we noticed that the value of status in the table CubeCart_order_sum is set as 20 for those missing orders. Changing the status to 1 makes the order in pending status and then it is displayed in the cart. Can you please let us know how it can be permanently fixed? There is nothing to stop the code from pulling all orders from the database (unless there is a mod installed). Just to verify, the version of CC you mentioned you have is 3.0.2 - really? Or did you mean 3.0.20? We do need to find out why the status of some orders are getting saved as 20. What payment gateway(s) are enabled for your store? Assuming you've not recently changed any code, have you asked your hosting company if they have upgraded anything on the server recently? You really need to upgrade. Your options are either to ask a third-party provider to upgrade your store, or upgrade to v4 or v5. V3 is no longer officially available. Now we need to discover which gateway that is used that sets the status to 20. In the database, the order_sum table, hopefully 3.0.2 stores the gateway used. Please find several table records where the status is (was) 20 and find the gateway column. Let us know if these particular records show just one of the gateways.
