Guest Johnnyopolis Posted November 27, 2011 Share Posted November 27, 2011 Hi Guys, I am hoping you can help. I have this weekend moved my site to be hosted with Fast Hosts. Ever since I have moved it and the DNS have updated the site is no longer sending out any order confirmations/order despatched emails. I have had it set up to use mail() but have today tried setting it up to use SMTP and still nothing. Does anyone have any solutions or has anyone had the problems with Fasthosts before? Thanks in advance for your help. John John Have you logged a support ticket with Fast Hosts ? There are a couple of reasons why this could be happening but it is something you will need to check and sort through them.
