Now i'm testing the shop, but i can't receive email notification when new orders are made. I already enabled the option on administrator profile to receive email for new orders, but still nothing happens. Can anyone help me? Dirty Butter Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 That's supposed to be the better choice, so no, I wouldn't change it. But you DO have the SMTP Authorization set to No, don't you? Dirty Butter Posted June 21, 2012 Share Posted June 21, 2012 It's not a bug as far as I know, but I have seen other people having email problems, so try searching here, the bug tracker, and the 3rd party forum for other posts about email trouble. I'm not able to log in to the bug tracker, because I'm not receiving any emails when I try to create a new account or retrieve the password for the account I already set up.
