However, when accessed from the United States, on making payment the customer gets a message from sagepay: Status MALFORMED Status Detail: 3147 The BillingState field is required. Dirty Butter Posted June 29, 2012 Share Posted June 29, 2012 I can't help, but anyone who can will need to know what version you are on, clean install or update, if a US payment ever worked correctly, if so what has changed recently, etc. I'll move this to the appropriate section of the forum once I know what version of CC you are using.
