CubeCart site blank.

I am trying to help someone with their Cubecart site which is not working - just a blank screen.

In the admin area Dashboard >> Settings - Offline Settings. It says "Store is currently offline" but the drop down 'Take store offline?' is set to 'No'. I have tried saving these settings but with no luck.

Any help greatly appreeciated.

I can't help, but anyone who can needs information about what version, if it's a clean install or upgrade (from what), did it ever work, what change was made that caused the issue, etc. Please notice the announcement about giving such info in your sig, or in your case - in this thread.

As far as I know its version 5, clean install, yes it did work before. It stopped working when an admin set 'Take store offline?' drop down to 'Yes' and then back to 'No'. (In the admin area Dashboard >> Settings - Offline Settings Tab)

This was an issue on a recent v5 version, so you need to find out which version they are using. It has since been resolved in a more recent version.

Have a try checking the error log on the admin, it may be something else unrelated. The fact that it's completely blank usually means some kind of problem with the php or server config
