Always mention at least what version of CubeCart you are running as well as anything else that may be relevant to the situation. If you are not running the latest version, your issue may have been resolved. Looking at the code for CC514, the email template has {$product.product_options} even though the suggested list of macros at the bottom seems to indicate that this data is not available.
