bsmither Posted February 2, 2013 Share Posted February 2, 2013 If your installation of CubeCart can send any kind of email, then the sending of a password reset email is very probable. The password construction in CubeCart 5 is complicated. It isn't simply md5('password'). Change the password is the same with MD5 field, or you must be sure of email using it's ok, but you must set (for example if you create a new administrator via mysql...) super_user field of admin_user table equal to 1 to receive correct permission.
