Guest spiritcars
I was trying to get some information on how you setup intuit payment gateway on the new cubecart version. I looked under the payment gateway tab and you go to intuit and edit screen it only asks for username and password. I called intuit thinking I needed a username/password from them and they said that I would have to contact cubecart. They said they didn't think they supported cubecart. Any help would be appreciated. Side note: I currently use authorize.net but use my intuit merchant number.
bsmither
Technically, Intuit doesn't support CubeCart, much the way Devellion doesn't really support CubeCart when CubeCart has been modded. (I'm guessing that) The gateway wasn't written by Intuit, nor one of its certified developers. My research shows you need an Intuit Merchant Account, then add on the Merchant Service for Web Stores. https://merchant.intuit.com/signup/start.wsp http://payments.intuit.com/web-stores-payment-processing.jsp (has an autorun video) http://payments.intuit.com/credit_card_processing_help/ Info: http://www.webgility.com/blog/intuit-merchant-services-and-your-online-store/ There are those who are resellers of the Intuit Merchant Services. Google for them.
Guest sunshine5555
I have an intuit account - both web payment and go payment and the login for merchant services doesn't work. Has anyone gotten this to work successfully???
Guest sunshine5555
I just spent about 2 hours on the phone with intuit and they don't have a clue what might be needed. They figured it was the login to merchant services, but that DOES NOT WORK. Then we built a connection app and used the login and connection ticket and THAT DOES NOT WORK. The lady I worked with was patient and tried so very hard to get me connected in some way. If Cubecart is going to have Intuit on the payment gateway list, there needs to be some type of documentation as to the information needed to make a connection. Guest
Having the same issue here.. Is anyone at cubecart home? We need to get this working ASAP in order to be PCI compliant.. Did anyone figure out a solution? According to intuit, we've done everything right, but we get this error back from them: The following errors were detected: The account is not active at this time please contact technical support for further information concerning your account. Guest
So here is the issue.. the cubecart Intuit gateway ONLY works with older merchant accounts with innovative gateway, now an "intuit company".. it will not work with their newer merchant system. Maybe it will help anydody else in the thread. Good luck!
hudway
One of the problems I see when you choose and move forward to the next window is there is no where to put your CSV code. That is a problem. When will this gateway be fixed?
moodybear
So I was wondering, I got intuit last year, and use it successfully both as merchant, and on the go. Has there been a way of fixking this plugin yet for the new system of customers.
