Guest Posted March 9, 2013 Share Posted March 9, 2013 Hi.. Last night I logged into the admin side of my site fine no problems, this morning none of he username / password combinations work.. When I type them in. And press log in the page just reloads with no error message etc just the login screen again.. I have been in the database and tried to reset passwords but this is also not working.. I have also tried he conventional forgot password link but again this is to working... bsmither Posted March 10, 2013 Share Posted March 10, 2013 What did your hosting provider say? Did they move you to a different server? Did they upgrade the version of PHP? Can you FTP into your site? Accessing your database, look in the CubeCart log tables. Passwords are hashed. That is, the real password is passed through a hasher and compared with the already hashed password saved in the database table. Putting the real password in this table will not work.
