gbarclay
Our product import didnt bring across any product images or catergories, is there a way to solve this??
Al Brookbanks
Categories Option 1: You can bulk assign them after import using the "Assign to Category" tab of the products section. Categories Option 2: Add a column to your spreadsheet with the main category ID as a number. Images: 1. Upload all your image files to the images/source folder 2. Login to the admin side of your store and click "Update Filelist" under "Filemanager" >> "Images" 3. Add the image path to your CSV file with the path relative to the images/source folder. 4. Import. Example 1: images/source/image.jpg - The CSV value will be just "image.jpg" Example 2: images/source/folder/image.jpg - The CSV value will be "folder/image.jpg"
gbarclay
thank you for your quick reply. I will take a look at what you sugguest. I should of added more information to my original post. We are importing products from Magento. We are have done the standard export from magento admin panel and using your built in product import in the backend. making sure we select the magento option from the drop down and selecting TAB as the seperator. I would be greatfull if you could let me know your thoughts on this as I would of thought that this should of bought images etc over. no? On a slightly seperate note I have create a ticket to get access to my account as when purchasing CubeCart we also got support credits could you please respond to it, that would be great. Al Brookbanks
The magento import may be out of date. I don't recall anybody telling us it doesn't work but I don't know how tested it is. Personally I have never tested or used it. Your support ticket will be responded to ASAP. .. if you can tell me the ticket ID I can take a look for you. gbarclay
Our support ticket is 96573. If we were to provide you with the export from magento would you be able to convert it into cube cart format as this funtionality clearly isnt working correctly? Al Brookbanks
That ticket was replied to just a couple of minutes after it was received. Please check your spam folder. The (edited) response was: According to our records the order has been placed using a customer account email address [email protected]. Al Brookbanks
There is no response to the ticket that we can see. The email does exist in our system unless there is a typo. I can't discuss this on here for your own privacy and security. Please use the reset password tool here:

Al Brookbanks
Please follow my previous instructions and do not use the Magento import. That will work.
Al Brookbanks
Try using a different browser to login. Our customer area is quite old, incredibly well tested and there are no known issues.
gbarclay
Hi Al, We have managed to get into the customer area but we cannot login with the same details on the support ticket page and it will not submit our technical support ticket
