bsmither Posted February 13, 2014 Share Posted February 13, 2014 You may notice a red cross in the upper left corner of the table row. Click that to a green tick. Be sure you have selected the skin (or all skins) and the sub-style (or all sub-styles) using the drop-down selectors on the right. Click Save.
