Whitegold
We've been noticing fewer confirmed sales through the store since the latest update and until yesterday were a little confused as to why ... a customer called our helpline saying they had tried to order a product but had come across an error message when they tried to place the order .. I have replicated the order and received the same error message ... The following errors were detected: Unfortunately there are no suitable shipping methods available for your order. This may be because the total weight of your order is too high or we cannot ship to your country. Please contact a member of our staff for any further inquiries. This particular customer was in Canada, weight was for 1lb .. no such issues with US or UK from other test sales and the first time we have come across such an issue ... any ideas regarding this? store address for reference purposes ... www.necksolutions.com/store/
Whitegold
Hi I'm really sorry to ask again, but is there no ideas regarding this problem?
bsmither
There may be two issues: the value of the State (although, Canada?) field being sent to the shipper, or maybe the weight is outside the shipping options you have chosen. Please verify that all tangible items of the order have a weight associated with each. Until the customer logs in, or provides their own shipping address, CubeCart makes a first guess at shipping charges as if the delivery were to your own store. Has the customer entered their own shipping address? Which shipping modules have you enabled? Certain shipping modules record the request for quotes made to the shipper, and also the response from that shipper. Please view the admin Request Log for that Request/Reply.
