footyworld Posted April 8, 2014 Share Posted April 8, 2014 I'm not too savvy with website building and need a bit of help setting up cubecart with ccnow. I have the latest version of cubecart installed and have sent a test alert from ccnow to my webstore. However, I'm being told by the ccnow site to extract the 12 digit order number from my database or server logs, but I am having trouble finding said order number. Where would I be looking for it. Can you elaborate on what, exactly, is ccNow telling you to do? I see in the ccNow module's code, that ccNow does not immediately inform But perhaps you have an order that was left at Pending, and you are wanting CCNow to tell CubeCart that this order has been paid for. (How that happens, I cannot determine.) In admin, Orders, you will be shown a list of all orders. You will need to recognize which order you want. The "order number" may be either of: * CubeCart's 'cart_order_id' (also known as the 'invoice number' or 'Order Number') * ccNow's 'orderId' code Look in CubeCart's Transaction Log. In the main list, you will see the Order Number. Viewing that order, you will see ccNow's Order-Id (transaction id). Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
