ejwords Posted June 30, 2014 Share Posted June 30, 2014 Hi All. I've been using CC version 5.0.7 for a while now & its been great (thanks!) but decided to update to the latest version today. I backed up the site via FTP & also the database, then uploaded the 5.2.12 files via FTP, ran setup and that all went smoothly. However, when logging into the admin of the store, all the settings (skin, store name, contact details, mail setting etc etc) were blank. The store was also showing the default skin & no products. I changed the skin setting back to the same as before, and the store is (pretty much) back to normal, but all the other settings are still blank. Do I need to look in the backups for any files to re-upload? I would have thought all the settings would have been in the database. It has access to the database o.k. as I can see products on the site, and past orders / customer details from within admin. Any suggestions welcome & appreciated. All the best, Ewan J. If you can send a support ticket or sales ticket with access to the backup DB files and database I'll make sure this is fixed up for you.
