IainY
I get the above message. I have installed and configure PayPal as instructed in earler replies, but it makes no difference. The Request Log makes no reference to PayPal(I have also installed SagePay, but I'm not sure about the configuartion) I am obviously doing something really stupid. but I can't work li out
fldavidallsop
This is because you have no shipping methods setup, so the system can't process an order, try adding a shipping plugin and enabling it after configuration. This isn't any relation to your payment gateway. IainY
Thanks for your prompt reply,Sorry, I don't understand. I selected PayPal from the Marketplace and installed it, then configure it. It shows up on the Shopping Cart page. What else to I have to do? I must be doing something wrong. bsmither
There are at least two different types of modules you need to install: a payment gateway, and a shipping method.PayPal is what your customers use to give you their money. This is a payment gateway.USPS, UPS, FedEx, AusPost, Canada Post, All in One Shipping, Parcel2Go, Free Shipping ,and others is what you use to ship the order to your customer. This is a shipping method. You only need one, but can have as many as you want.(PayPal will not ship your goods, and FedEx will not transfer your customer's money to your bank account.)
