bsmither
In the skin template box.featured.php, near the bottom:Find: Change to:
BradScott
Thanks, And I f want to change it in the new stuff section on the home page or on products pages?
bsmither
The Latest Products uses the template content.homepage.php, and the Product Details page uses the template content.product.php.Look for {$LANG.catalogue.buy_now} and replace with {$LANG.catalogue.add_to_basket}. BradScott
Thanks heaps If I wanted to change the text to something custom, would that also be simple?
bsmither
More or less.I have not done it this way, but I think it would work:Copy the file /language/en-GB.xml to a different name - en-GB-BradScott.xml, for example. (Use the language code you intend to use.)Change the <group> name to "bradscott" and the <string> name to "custom_buy_now". Change the phrase, County, to what you want. Then, where changed {$LANG.catalogue.buy_now}, replace that with {$LANG.bradscott.custom_buy_now}.It is possible to change an existing phrase, but then that change applies everywhere. Creating a custom file allows you keep the existing phrase where you want to show the existing phrase, but add your own.
