Glad to see you made it to the forums There are a few steps to take to use the USPS Shipping module. 1)Get a Web Tools account. 2)Test. 3)Convert to the production server. Please visit: https://www.usps.com/business/web-tools-apis/documentation-updates.htm Then click the FAQ: "How do I get access to USPS APIs and receive my user ID" The User ID for the Web Tools is given to you by the USPS.
