Jakadu Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 Hi We have a CubeCart 6 site with the Card_Capture gateway enabled and customers are receiving 2 “Order Confirmation” emails. The order flow is: Order placed – Customer receives first “Order confirmation” email (Shipping is “Per_Category” – note underscore and tax is formatted as 10.000%) Order status is changed to Order Complete – Customer receives the “Order Complete” email Customer receives another “Order confirmation” email (in this email, shipping is “Per Category” – no underscore and tax is formatted as 10%) So the body of the “Order confirmation” emails are the same but there are some differences in the formatting of the other parts. Please see attached image. Any ideas on how we can stop the second email going out? Testing this on a store with PayPal as a gateway did not produce the same error. Thanks! bsmither Posted May 23, 2016 Share Posted May 23, 2016 Welcome Jakadu! Glad to see you made it to the forums. Please examine the settings panel of the Card Capture gateway. There may be a Yes/No choice on sending a confirmation email. Probably the first email (Per_Category, 10.000%) is the one being sent by the gateway.
