PeteW1959 Posted September 9, 2016 Share Posted September 9, 2016 I think this has just started today. Users are reporting an internal server error when checking out or trying to register. The full message is:- Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. So far it is only Samsung Galaxy devices (2 different ones, on different networks). bsmither Posted September 9, 2016 Share Posted September 9, 2016 If it is the web server that is complaining, the research will need to be done with the assistance of your hosting provider. If it is PHP that is crashing because of something about CubeCart, then creating an error_log will help to identify the problem -- when receiving page requests from these devices. PeteW1959 Posted September 9, 2016 Author Share Posted September 9, 2016 Hmm, very odd. I created the error logging file, went to test it and it's now working OK.
