Guest itjobboards
Good afternoon, I have had the pleasure of knowing Al (Brooky) on a personal level for the past 5 years. He suggested I drop you guys a post as you may be able to help. We are in the process of setting up an IT Job Board. Part of this website will have a forum section where people can: discuss the IT Recruitment market; post/apply for IT job vacancies; and offer referrals/advice to other techies. To get this thing off the ground it is important to have a number of relevant discussions within the Forum. We would greatly appreciate it if you could make some suggestions as to the format of this forum.

Al Brookbanks
I haven't managed to find many competitor sites which is good. Only warning I can give is running a busy forum is very time consuming. Jbdancer will vouch for that!
gazza
Couldn't you use Brooky's http://www.horseadverts.com script for your the job adverts, incorporating an IPBoard for the forum?

Guest
As for the layout, what about something like this? I know its basic and may be a little tacky but it only took 5 mins... and its only an idea. http://82.147.17.17/nerdcenteral.gif I would have put your little logo on Brooky but it wouldn't worked unless I converted it to HTML.
