Guest yoursite Posted June 30, 2005 Share Posted June 30, 2005 Hi There, I Have Just Upload Cv3 And Changed The File Permissions And Set Up The DataBase Prior To Running Install. I Have Run Install But Keep Getting Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. During The Installation In Every Step. But When I Click Refresh The Next Step Appears But Stops On Step 3. HTACCESS file But if you delete it then you can begin installation/upgrade. Perhaps someone can explain what this will is used for? the code in this file was: php_value arg_separator.output & EDIT: looks like someone beat me to it above! Guest Posted July 2, 2005 Share Posted July 2, 2005 EDIT: Nevermind, I had managed to mess up the index permissions. Foxed now. D'oh! I deleted this file and still get the 500 error, but now the log says: Premature end of script headers: /home/reorg/public_html/store/index.php I was able to enter the /install directory and successfully install. Guest yoursite Posted July 2, 2005 Share Posted July 2, 2005 My Server Info Is Apache version 1.3.33 (Unix) MySQL version 4.0.24-standard PHP version 4.3.11 PERL version 5.8.4 Kernel version 2.4.21-32.0.1.ELsmp I Have Tried 3 Times Uploading The Files Using SmartFTP, And I Stll Get The 500 Internal Server Error.
