  1. Actually, Now I see. I sat and watched the mailbox. The moment I hit 'Secure Checkout', the cart sent the email, and as you rightly say, I havent chosen a gateway as of yet.
  2. I guess it's safe to assume that I'm the first to use SecPay/PayPoint on CC6 ?
  3. It seems that 'Print Order Form' is populated in the order summary, but not on the Order Notification ? It is definately? {$DATA.gateway}, there are no obvious typos or anything ?
  4. In the mean time, I've disabled it. I'm very surprised SecPay/PayPoint didn't write this module.
  5. I made the edit, but choosing Print Order Form still doesn't show the gateway method. My comments now appear after adding {$DATA.customer_comments} I just checked the database and print_order_form is displayed in the gateway column, but not on admin order notification
  6. what are you struggling with on express checkout. I've just configured this today and have it working, so maybe I could help on that one.
  7. I couldnt find align=center on the admin order received template. I assumed because I've been tinkering with it, so I checked on my localhost version I have at home, and I can't find it on here either.
  8. The chap at PayPoint referred me to thism document, and said section 8 on page 14 ?? https://www.paypoint.net/assets/guides/Gateway_hosted_integration_v2.0.pdf What I'm confused with is it worked on V3 but doesn't on V6. If you look at the attached image, you'll see the last order on Friday evening, and the first one today (after I'd set it up). Note how the cart ID is some random hex Who wrote the PayPoint plugin. Was this Paypoint themselves or done by Al and the team ?
  9. I did think on the way home, that maybe changing 'Print Order Form', so the status went to processing instead of pending. Anyhow, I made the edit you suggested for now, I'll no doubt see what effect it will have this evening.
  10. This is getting more complicated then. It is set to pending, but we use print order form, which never comes out of pending, so I'm assuming if i set Order Status Email Notifications for anything other, then we won't be notified when a customer chooses print order form ?? We have a number of customer who have credit accounts with us, hence print order form. Plus we might have customers who for what ever reason didn't complete through to payment, we would normally call these people and ask for payment. These too will sit as pending.
  11. I already tried {$DATA.gateway}, both inside and outside of the table, but nothing is populated.
  12. I added '{$DATA.gateway}' along side the order total entry in the email template in the hope that it might display the gateway, but still nothing there.
  13. Is there a way to test this module without having to keep putting dummy orders through or waiting for a real order. ?
  14. I've just got off the phone to Paypoint, who have suggested that the cart is not sending this info, so I'm stuck. I've reset the cache, and see what happens with the next PayPoint payment. It appears to be missing the customers shipping and billing details, along with the cart_order_id. I've looked on the PayPoint login page, and all orders paid via PayPoint seem to be missing this info.
  15. Since going live on Saturday with V6, i'm being told that SecPay(PayPoint) notifacations are missing information in the emails we recieve. Namely the customers billing and shipping detials along with the cart_order_id
  16. Staff are telling me that the email template for 'Admin:Order Received' is messy. The first thing they noticed this morning was the abscence of the part number, which I've added. But they are also telling me that it's missing the gateway method and any customer comments, which I can't seem to get to display, as well as the page formatting looking a mess. How do I add the gateway and customer comments, and how do I make the email justified left instead of justified centre ?
  17. How does the unregistered customer thing work please. ? I've seen two orders today from unregistered customers, so I thought that I'd try to recreate this. I assumed that I would just add items to the cart and try and checkout without registering my details, however, after proceeding to checkoput, I was still listed as registered. I went and looked again and spotted the "create Account" button
  18. We did occasionally see this in V3, so I changed the wording on the checkout, which went along the lines "clicking your back button at this point, may result in you being charged for items that you may not receive" I was rather hoping that this issue would have been fixed by now. ??
  19. Had a thought today whilst on the trian to the city. As i only modified the Mican skin, then anyone trying to register via the mobile skin would have the same issue. I was right. Thankfully, we have mobile internet, so I swiftly rolled back to the old Re-Capture. Would these edits be much the same for the Mobile skin ???
  20. Doh. I dropped the edit before the {/if}
  21. I did a search on 'recap' and that's all that showed. If I switch to the old recapture I do see lots more reference to 'recap'
  22. So there's potential for others to suffer the same fate. Or is there something wrong with my install.
  23. any ideas why this didn't work at all ?
  24. Hold on 5, i think i rolled back the skin when it didn't work. with the keys removed, I do see 'Keys not set' message in the page source I only see this though. <fieldset id="recaptcha-title"> <legend>Verify you are a human</legend> <p>reCAPTCHA public and/or private key has not been set!</p> </fieldset> content.recaptcha.php {if $RECAPTCHA} <fieldset id="recaptcha-title"> <legend>{$LANG.form.verify_human}</legend> {if $RECAPTCHA==='2'} {if empty($CONFIG.recaptcha_public_key) || empty($CONFIG.recaptcha_secret_key)} <p>{$LANG.form.recaptcha_key_not_set}</p> {else} <div class="g-recaptcha" data-sitekey="{$CONFIG.recaptcha_public_key}"></div> {/if} {else} <script type="text/javascript"> var RecaptchaOptions = { theme : 'clean' }; </script> {$DISPLAY_RECAPTCHA} {/if} </fieldset> {/if}
  25. On our old V3 we would receive an email when a customer registered, however, if he then went on to purchase, we wouldn't do anything with the data. I see there is a mod available, so I may end up installing this. However, maybe it might be easier if once per week, we could print of a list of names and addresses of all people who'd registered but not purchased. If anyone fancies the challenge, then I'd be willing to discuss this with the bosses.
