  1. If I switch back to standard, the image appears. Also, on the New one, I do see a message 'prove you are human' but no image
  2. I made the changes, but I don't see any Recapture image
  3. makes much more sense when you put it like that.
  4. That probably made less sense to me. I took out '|replace:'_':' '', but don't have a clue. 1. what it does 2. why it wasn't doing it 3. what the implications are of removing it.
  5. Recapture is far far superior to the made up rubbish I had on V3. The Mican skin fits almost perfectly with our company logo, the boss loves the look and feel, so we decided to adopt it, unbeknown that it may cause a few issues, I started working around it. Unless a foundation skin comes along that wows the boss, then Mican is probably here to stay. If it's easy to incorporate 'New Re-Capture' into Mican, then I'm more than happy to tinker. If not, then I'm happy to keep what we have.
  6. Sorry Brian, I'm not sure I understand what you just said :-)
  7. I made those small edits, but nothing changed. And the only thing written to error_log was this. [05-Mar-2016 16:26:59 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/modules/plugins/category_product_options/hooks/class.cubecart.pre_display_category.php on line 0 Wait, I only edited the plain text, give me 5 Making edits in both HTML and plain text, and now my test order is emailed and the page didn't hang at the gateway, so I guess we are getting somewhere ?
  8. templates.bmp I'm ok with PHP admin, but that's about as far is it goes
  9. I'm currently recompiling PHP just in case it has anything to do with the way I installed IONCube recently. In the meantime, I also found these entries in the cubecart error log. [Exception] /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:62 - Syntax error in template "string: {$DATA.first_name} {$DATA.last_name..." on line 62 "{if !empty($DATA.ship_method)}{$DATA.ship_method|replace:'_':' '}:{if !empty($DATA.ship_product)} ({$DATA.ship_product}){/if}{else}Shipping:{/if} Today, 15:40 [Exception] /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:62 - Syntax error in template "string: {$DATA.first_name} {$DATA.last_name..." on line 62 "{if !empty($DATA.ship_method)}{$DATA.ship_method|replace:'_':' '}:{if !empty($DATA.ship_product)} ({$DATA.ship_product}){/if}{else}Shipping:{/if} Today, 15:40 [Exception] /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:62 - Syntax error in template "string: {$DATA.first_name} {$DATA.last_name..." on line 62 "{if !empty($DATA.ship_method)}{$DATA.ship_method|replace:'_':' '}:{if !empty($DATA.ship_product)} ({$DATA.ship_product}){/if}{else}Shipping:{/if} Today, 15:37 [Exception] /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:62 - Syntax error in template "string: {$DATA.first_name} {$DATA.last_name..." on line 62 "{if !empty($DATA.ship_method)}{$DATA.ship_method|replace:'_':' '}:{if !empty($DATA.ship_product)} ({$DATA.ship_product}){/if}{else}Shipping:{/if} Today, 15:37 [Exception] /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:62 - Syntax error in template "string: {$DATA.first_name} {$DATA.last_name..." on line 62 "{if !empty($DATA.ship_method)}{$DATA.ship_method|replace:'_':' '}:{if !empty($DATA.ship_product)} ({$DATA.ship_product}){/if}{else}Shipping:{/if} Today, 15:37 [Exception] /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/includes/lib/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatecompilerbase.php:62 - Syntax error in template "string: {$DATA.first_name} {$DATA.last_name..." on line 62 "{if !empty($DATA.ship_method)}{$DATA.ship_method|replace:'_':' '}:{if !empty($DATA.ship_product)} ({$DATA.ship_product}){/if}{else}Shipping:{/if} So I recomplied Apache/PHP which made no difference. I cleared error_log and placed an order, and this is what I got. [05-Mar-2016 16:09:55 UTC] PHP Warning: Shipping not setup or allow no shipping not enabled in /home/xxxxx/public_html/classes/cubecart.class.php on line 1720
  10. I have all in one shiiping set up, and I do have IonCube, The mod which requires IONCube HavenSwifts product options mod, sdeems to be working OK though. Just in case it's got anything to do with this, I'll rebuild Apache/PHP
  11. I added a string suggested by Brian in another thread to mailer.class.php, and got this in my error log. Although I'm not sure if it's related. [05-Mar-2016 15:01:56 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/modules/plugins/category_product_options/hooks/class.cubecart.pre_display_category.php on line 0 [05-Mar-2016 15:01:57 UTC] PHP Warning: Shipping not setup or allow no shipping not enabled in /home/xxxxxx/public_html/classes/cubecart.class.php on line 1720 [05-Mar-2016 15:02:20 UTC] PHP Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/modules/plugins/category_product_options/hooks/class.cubecart.pre_display_category.php on line 0
  12. I've tried just about every email setting I could think of. SSL, without SSL, with and without authentication, all the email tests pass. As a customer placing an order, I get the store emails to say my order has been accepted etc. I'm stumped. At the moment, I have order notification set to 'Fraud' so the site will at least function.
  13. If I change 'Order status for admin email notifications' to Pending and then try to checkout as a customer, i get a blank page on the gateway. It's as if the gateway hung. If I change this to setting Processing, the gateway comes back. Now what I find is if I manually change an order from Pending to Processing from the admin side, the page hangs again, much the same way as the gateway did. So it seems that there is an issue it trying to send an admin email to self
  14. I've just gone live with the V6 and for some reason, it doesn't appear to be sending order confirmation emails inhouse. It's sending customers thier confirmation, but not notifying us of the order. The test (after save) function passes. As I've not had a live site until now, I've been unable to test this, is there something I need to set ? I found the checkbox inside the admin details, which wasn't checked. I was hoping this was the issue, but alas not.
  15. If I add only a digital download to my basket and complete to checkout, I receive the link via email. If I do the same but add a physical item to my cart as well as the digital download, I recieve the order confirmation, but no download link
  16. Having found the contact form and it's ability to email multiple departments from one point, I deleted my V3 forms in favour of this. I've enable recapture and it works just fine. However, the store admin recommends 'New Re-Capture'. I've enabled this and configured my keys etc, but nothing appears. I guess I'm not overly concerned as re-capture is far superior to what I had before, but if 'New Re-Capture' is stronger, i would prefer this. Is there anything else I should be doing to get this to work ?
  17. Lots of select count. [330] SELECT COUNT(cat_id) AS Count FROM `CubeCart_category` WHERE CubeCart_category.cat_parent_id = '100024'; -- (0.000441074371338 sec) [NOT CACHED] [331] SELECT COUNT(cat_id) AS Count FROM `CubeCart_category` WHERE CubeCart_category.cat_parent_id = '100233'; -- (0.000442028045654 sec) [NOT CACHED] [332] SELECT SQL_CALC_FOUND_ROWS CONCAT_WS('', FM.filepath, FM.filename) AS image, II.main_img, I.* FROM CubeCart_inventory AS I LEFT JOIN ( SELECT file_id, product_id, main_img FROM CubeCart_image_index WHERE main_img '0' ) AS II ON I.product_id = II.product_id LEFT JOIN Cubecart_filemanager AS FM ON II.file_id = FM.file_id ORDER BY image ASC LIMIT 20 OFFSET 0; -- (0.00045108795166 sec) [NOT CACHED] Errors: [1] 1: Table 'xxxx_ccv6.Cubecart_filemanager' doesn't exist [ERROR - NOT CACHED] Memory: Peak Usage / Max (%): 10.35MB / 128M (8.09%) Cache (File): Always Disabled in ACP Cache Used: 0.00 KB of 36.00 KB (0.00%) [Clear Cache] Page Load Time: 0.277278 seconds I notice the error Cubecart_filemanager does not exists. The table is called CubeCart_filemanager. I changed the typo in products.index and now it seems to sort. I had checked and corrected them all manually earlier in the day, however, i'm about to do the live update tomorrow, so lets see what happens.
  18. That sort of half worked in the respect that it gives me a sort button on the images column. But when I try to sort by image, it reports back 'No Images' There are about a dozen categories, each with about 15 sub categories, so whilst I am slowly trawling my way through it, it's time consuming. I was hoping there might be a simple solution like search and arrange by image name in the database. However, i'll no doubt have gone through all these by the time you guys come on line.

I'm away from my computer so not sure but maybe the free security suite has this feature ?
  20. I guess a sale price column that could also be sorted would be good. My V3 does show the sale price underneath the normal price on the admin side, but I'm not sure if this was normal or a mod.
  21. I'm still finding the occasional product that has a missing main image. Sometimes the image file is in the sources folder and sometimes it's not (the latter could have been a mirroring/ftp issue i guess) I tried to view the product inventory and then view all, in the hope that I could quickly scroll through to see at a glance. However, with 211 pages I'm guessing it was too much for MYsql to handle and it crashed the page. Is there an easier way to find any products which may be missing an image ?
  22. If i enter in to admin > products and bring up a list of products, there's no indication which items are discounted or on sale. So the only way to see which items we have listed on sale is via the customer side. Am i missing something obvious ?
  23. This has certainly got rid of that table issue, although the more I look at it, the more I think it looks like the V3 site. I switched back to the previous view, and I think I prefer it. Maybe I'll look at reducing the table sizes.
  24. I never considered caching would need to be turned off.
