  1. Customers randomly using different systems including modzilla and iphone are putting items in their cart going to pay and the item disappears. My mum has replicated the problem once but I haven't been able to. She was unable to make it occur a second time. There is no reported database errors. It's a bit random - any thoughts!
  2. ohh that would be good one to have. It would be also good to have one for people who have left stuff in their cart.
  3. never mind I suspect the database thing is the same as I can see in two other posts just below mine (not sure why I didn't spot them earlier) and I am really not sure what is going on with customer orders it seems like one minute they can't enter, the next they can - Ive had someone else test it and they suffered the same issue... so Ill just hold off and see if I can gather more information.
  4. Some of my customers have been having trouble ordering today. I have repaired the sessions database which had crashed but now customers are still having trouble and this error is appearing. Can anyone tell me how to resolve it and would it have to do with the problems customers are having ordering.... the latest problem is order dissapears after they click throught the screens.   6. Just remembered something I have learnt from this forum previously and checked the error log the cc5.CubeCart_sessions database had crashed so I am reparing that and will see if that does the job.

All of a sudden I am having a problem across platforms customers who register as they place their order are being flicked back to the registration screen and where the new password and password confirmation box shows again they enter their details hit enter and then they get a message to say email already in use. Once they do this there appears to be no other options to proceed, the email address doesn't appear in customers list and they can't order Other customers this week appear to have been able to register. I don't believe I have made any changes. Any thoughts Thanks Holly
  8. I would love to add the billing name to the order invoice. So say Ordered By: and the billing name. In a box under the shipping information. Is there an easy way to do this? Thanks in advance
  9. I have just started to get this error in my error log. Will this error effect operation?   10. SSL wasn't enabled contacted support who quickly resolved the issue - thanks Bill. Guess I should have done this in the first place but checked the error log showing problem with a table in the database. In the database mainteance tab the table didn't show anything next to it so clicked repair - then I think save on the next screen. All good now. sorry I cna't work out how to mark as resolved
  11. Im not sure if it is a new problem on my site but it has only been reported yesterday and I just had a go myself and found the same problem. When a customer registers and then trys to log in again to check out they are taken back to the cart screen but are not logged in - then they can't check out with the same email as it comes up that they are already registered. The reset /resend password doesn't seem to be working either. Any thoughts?   12. Has anyone found a solution to this yet - a work around so that customers can do partial searches - customers are not finding some of my products because they do not type the full correct name ie searching for Mumma where the product is Mummabubba Thanks in advance
  13. Before I upgrade to 5.20 from 5.1.4 can you please tell me what happens to current product options Do current product options transfer over ? When you turn on the functionality does the stock level for product options get set to 0 or 1? Do product options currently set as X not avaiable become avaiable again? So I guess whats behind my quesiton is I have about 1300 products with product options - can I slowly add the stock levels for each option or do I need to do it all at once? As an aside I am very excited about this upgrade - I have been lost since a 3rd party stock level app stopped working.
  14. I have two payment options. Paypal and print order form. When someone wished to pay by bank account for example the information pops up onthe screen that tells them how to pay. What it doesn't do is send them an email -so a lot of my pending orders are falling through as the customer doesn't print the information at the time and doesn't recieve and email so they forget about it. Is there something I can do to have an email sent to customers at the pending stage? Kind Regards Holly

  17. Thanks for that - The thing is though it wasn't broken a few days ago - and now it is. I had no problems on 5.1.1 last week.
  18. Today I can not add manual orders. I haven't made any changes since I last added an order manually. Anyt houghts as to what it might be I am on 5.1.1 When I try to add a customer or product from the drop down it gets stuck and wont add the details. Thanks Holly
  19. I am on 5.1 My product options are not showing for products that I go back and add product options too. For example I added this product a few months ago notanotherbabyshop.com.au/my-playhouse-adventures-cubby-house-domestic-adventures.html I have now added two more sizes and have added this as a product option however they are not showing up. Any thoughts
  20. thanks for testing it for us I didn't actually add that error message it has just appeared - so I guess at least the system knows it is stuffing up the shipping. can I just check what you mean about states - everyone is Australia lives in a state or territory but they are pretty much all known as states. perhaps it should say STate or Territory??? I take orders from other countries but ask that they email for a shipping price as while our flat rate is $7.50 to some countries items could be $100. So on that how do I remove countries from the list? Thanks again!
  21. Our Customers shipping options are reverting to pick up when they move screens. The customer chooses a shipping selection for their cart , when they progress to the next screen it loses the option they have selected and reverts to pick up. This results in a lot of customers not paying for postage if they don't recheck what they have selected. Any thoughts on what might be occurring. We are on 5.1.1. On the category page When a product has product options and the customer clicks add to basket rather than taking them to the product Page to choose options it takes them to an error page - page not found - however the error page address it shows is right except that it is missing the .html at the end. Where would I find the code to edit this and what would I need to do. The page is notanotherbabyshop (.com.au) if what I have written doesn't make sense. Thank in advance I appreciate any help you can give.
