  1. Shouldn't this option be part of the Facebook social media plugin already installed? It would simply mean adding an option in the skin for it to work without having to made manual edits (which I am no longer going to do). Basically you need to add an iFrame: <iframe src="//www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nucleusfilms.com&amp;width=150&amp;layout=button_count&amp;action=like&amp;show_faces=true&amp;share=true&amp;height=21&amp;appId=186862398157406" scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="border:none; overflow:hidden; width:150px; height:21px;" allowTransparency="true"></iframe> Or it can be done with HTML5: Initialize the JavaScript SDK using this app: Include the JavaScript SDK on your page once, ideally right after the opening <body> tag. <div id="fb-root"></div> <script>(function(d, s, id) { var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0]; if (d.getElementById(id)) return; js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id; js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/en_GB/sdk.js#xfbml=1&appId=186862398157406&version=v2.0"; fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs); }(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));</script> Place the code for your plugin wherever you want the plugin to appear on your page. <div class="fb-like" data-href="http://www.nucleusfilms.com" data-width="150" data-layout="button_count" data-action="like" data-show-faces="true" data-share="true"></div> Or a simple url: Use this URL in an iframe or as a link to your plugin. http://www.facebook.com/plugins/like.php?href=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nucleusfilms.com&width=150&layout=button_count&action=like&show_faces=true&share=true&height=21&appId=186862398157406
  2. Had the reCAPTCHA enabled, it made no difference whatsoever. I disabled it last week.
  3. I've been going through the list and removing them one by one, but it means having to keep going back to view the complete customer list each time. Is there a quicker way?
  4. I wish I'd have known he wasn't replying to support request before paying for a Blueprint skin yesterday.
  5. That links to our Facebook business page. Any tips on how to do this? Can I add a box via the admin area in which to insert the Facebook code?
  6. I can't remember what I upgraded from. Last upgrade was about a year ago.
  7. I've been told by Al that it's a bug in the Blueprint skin.
  8. I'm using the "By Weight" module. All postage rates have been entered so not sure what the problem could be. I upgraded to the latest CC yesterday.
  9. Yes, we ship anywhere. What would be causing that? We've shipped to the US in the past.
  10. Some users can't get through to checkout without getting an error - can somebody have a look and see if there are obvious problems I can't see? http://www.nucleusfilms.com/ Thanks
  11. What does this mean? No orders are going through. :-(
  12. When I click the Facebook like option on our product pages, is there any way to have it set so it posts the main product image? And is there any way to move the like button to elsewhere on the page?
  13. Looks like I do have IonCube installed so unsure why I'm getting white pages
  14. Is this possible? As there's currently no plugin available, our courier company has just sent me a .csv file which includes the following headers: Can somebody help me work out how to do this?
  15. Is there a way of getting this to work? We need to get something working with CSM Logistics. https://www.csmlogistics.co.uk/

  17. It's been a while and my memory is rather hazy, can anybody help with setting which items or categories are displayed in the "On Sale" side bar? CC version 5.2.2
  18. From an ex customer: Is there anything we can use as an alternative?
  19. How do I import the second/third/fourth etc product images? I have the name and image path listed in my spreadsheet but there's no mapping option for these during the import process. All I see is a "Main Image" option. 1st - Suitings_Stripes/ST001.jpg 2nd - Suitings_Stripes/ST001a.jpg 3rd - Suitings_Stripes/ST001b.jpg 4th - Suitings_Stripes/ST001c.jpg etc... I'm unsure as to which folder I need to link to. Do I for example link to "images/cache/..." or to "images/source/..." I note that not everything in the source folder is included in the cache folder. I just did a test import and the main images are not displaying either using these image paths. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm sorry but right now the import tool will only cater one category. The advice you were given is incorrect. Good news here.. Please follow these steps; 1. Upload all the files and folder. 2. Login to the admin side of your store and in the "Images" section of "Filemanager" click the "Update File List". 3. You should then see all the files and folders. 4. In your CSV file put the path the the image "document relative" to the source folder. So for example if the file path is; store/images/source/tv/xyz.jpg You will set the path as "tv/xyz.jpg"
  20. Hmm. this is a pity. It's going to take me ages to link up all those sub-categories :-(
  21. I'm trying to import around 600 stock items via a .csv file to a new store I'm working on for a friend. I can set the main category on the import but I don't see an option to set the secondary category. Can anybody offer any advice on this? The developer said it's possible over on the other forum but I've not had a reply since asking him how to do so. Also, I have uploaded around 1,000 images via ftp to the server, all are in folders for each category. Is it also possible to add the image path to the .csv file so all the images will automatically be linked after .csv import? ps - site is using CC 5.2.5
  22. And is there a way to set the Google category ID in the spreadsheet before importing?
